We have lots of references letters from owners of horses that have sold; additionally, many of our "sale horses" have become long term boarders, so there are owners here on site to speak with and their horses to meet :)

Blossom-17 year old mare that can do it all!! This horse is on consignment with us and is FOR SALE for $2,600 NEW PRICE!!!!. This black beauty is very talented and rides Western or English. Blossom automatically changes leads, necks reins perfectly, and responds to the lightest cue. Blossom was a working ranch horse for many years and she is looking for a rider who will appreciate this kind of horse. Blossom won 1st place out of 12 horses in the bomb proofing obstacle course given by the McKinney Police Department! Come give her a try; she is a doll to be around. Blossom is currently being leased to a beginner level English rider, and has also done Western and English lessons.
FRANKENSTEIN- (Now RANDY)- Black and white paint 10 year old gelding is SOLD! Who knew a monster could be so PRECIOUS!??? This little guy has a care-free personality that honestly just likes being around people. Gets along really well with kids and is a little on the lazy side. Nothing gets this little rascal upset! UPDATE! Randy has sold to the Tweedt family! Randy is the second horse the Tweedt family has bought from us! They have been looking for a friendly kid horse for their daughters. LUCY-ADORABLE 11 year old sorrel and white paint mare SOLD (Congratulations Sharon!). We are SOOO excited Lucy is staying at Hoofbeats!!!! This talented mare is trained in ENGLISH, DRESSAGE, and JUMPING. She has had thousands of training in her and is currently being trained western and doing fabulous! It is very rare to have a horse that can go either western or english. She will not last long-VERY easy going personality and not "marish" at all. We have been around this horse for a while and she is very easy going and would be a great addition to anyone's family! Lucy is just under 15 hands.
Stardust-CUTE AS A BUTTON 17 year old red roan appaloosa mare FOR SALE for $2,000.00. Stardust is very sweet. She was a therapy horse at a riding therapy center for 7 years and then was purchased by a young girl who had to sell her becasue she is going to college. She is neck reined and knows all her western riding cues. She has a wondeful disposition and loves to be groomed and treats--of course! She has a trot you could ride all day! We have already taken her out on several trail rides. She is a must see! Stardust is about 15 hands.
Doc-sweet 9 year old gelding! This beautiful paint is SOLD. Doc loves attention and will be the first to meet you in the pasture. He is great under saddle and loves to trail ride. Doc has had a lot of bomb proofing and ground work and really seems to enjoy it! His personality and expressions are one of a kind! This gelding is a real joy to be around. 15.2 hands and handsome as can be! Come meet Doc-you will have to have this big love bug!
Texas-Beautiful 8 year old palomino and white paint gelding! This big guy is SOLD! This gelding has had a lot of bomb proofing and is practically fearless! Texas is very quiet and likes to walk calmly on the trail. He is an excellent trail horse and friend for life. Texas won the Hoofbeat's ground work make over contest last month!
TEXAS SOLD to a couple in California! They loved him so much they were willing to have him shipped from TEXAS to CALIFORNIA! Latest update is he has adjusted well and already going trail riding and his new family thinks he hung the moon!
Two-AWESOME 10 year old black quarter horse gelding is SOLD. Two has tons of professional training in western and english. Two has shown in english jumping with a 9 year old little girl and has done several shows in western. He has been owned by 1 owner his entire life and is on consignment with us. Two is an easy keeper and very quiet under saddle with excellent ground manners.

Cleopatra-SWEET blue-eyed beauty! This registered 6 year old paint mare is SOLD. She is very sensitive and responsive. This girl is ready for anything you want to do with her--but she especially loves trail riding. She is a Trail Rider's Dream. She walks calmly along the trail, never spooky, no issues and will ride on trail alone! Come ride her and see how awesome she is for yourself! Perfect for any level rider. We have a beginner rider that works at the ranch riding her and already cantering on her. Our sweet Cleo is a great confidence builder and teacher!! Cleopatra is trail ridden twice a week and has had tons of miles put on her.

Casino Chip-13 year old gelding leopard appaloosa SOLD . This handsome little rascal is very sweet and loves attention. There is a big demand on these horses for their markings-spots, spots and more spots! He will draw attention where ever he goes! Casino is calm, cool and collected on the trail-no spook-loves jumping over obstacles and cantering, but is happy to walk along- Best trail horse we have had in a while. Buttercup-7 year old palomino paint mare is currently LEASED! This beautiful mare has been everywhere. She was previously owned by a teenager that used her for her only transportation! She has literally been up and down streets, down busy roads and many a trail. She has a beautiful conformation and color. Buttercup loves attention and will be the first horse to meet you in the pasture. EXCELLENT ground manners and VERY sweet disposition.

Sierra-10 year old paint mare. Her lease is over and she is now available SOLD! Sierra is currently ridden several times a week. She has a perfect little jog with her head down. This girl prefers to go slow (walk/trot) and would be great for an adult beginner to learn on or for someone who enjoys walking along on the trail. Never spooky on the trail with new objects, great with trail obstacles. She rides in a group or is happy alone. The last girl leasing her was doing cartwheels and backflips off of her and she never moved :)

Bentley-6 year old appaloosa/quarter horse gelding. He has the cutest markings-he is a grey with red (sorrel) spots and ears! This gelding has an awesome lope! He rides smooth and collected. Little Sioux-5 year old buckskin paint mare with a kind heart and spirit. Little Sioux SOLD to a family that will be keeping her here at Hoofbeats! She rides collected, smooth and a very quick learner. She is calm enough for a beginner. This mare does not need any training, she neck reins, goes off leg cues and rides very collected and slow at the lope. She is the most unusual color and will definitely draw attention! Scooby- 10 year old palomino gelding, SOLD! This big boy is a sweet heart and calm as they come! He was owned by an 8 year old girl and can be trusted with kids and beginners. Scooby loves kids and attention; you can just see the sparkle in his eyes when kiddo's are around. No spooky behavior with this sweet gelding! Taz-4 year old registered paint gelding SOLD to a wonderful lady, Lori who has recently decided to get back into riding! This sweetheart has a heart of gold; he loves attention and is the first one to meet you in the pasture. Don't let his age fool you!! He is super quiet and does very well on the trails. Bubbles- 20+ year old mare CURRENTLY LEASED, but can be leased on a half lease OR Available for Sale. She is an absolute doll! Loves to be brushed and go on trail rides. Excellent with kids and beginners. This horse has a lot to teach a new rider and lots of love to give! Bubbles has been leased by two different families and they have all ended up confident, excellent riders who have purchased horses with us. Come try her out with a lesson from our trainer; if you can't ride--no worries! Bubbles will teach you-guaranteed!
Lady-(pictured on the left with Janet) 9 year old sorrel quarter horse mare is SOLD. This mare can do it all! She has beautiful conformation and color. Lady was owned by a fourteen year old boy that rode her in 4-H events and playdays; he has moved on to a faster barrel horse and hopes that Lady can find someone who will love her. Oreo-9 year old paint mare is SOLD to a young lady that knew Oreo was going to be her horse the minute she met her! This horse has been a family horse her entire life. She has taken care of children and beginner riders on trails and lessons. Oreo was used as the main horse for a handicapped child as well.
Oreo is Mary Faith's new horse-she saw her the day she arrived and told her mom she was going to be hers! Congrats Miss. Mary Faith!!!
Thunder- 8 year old BIG BEAUTIFUL paint gelding SOLD! He is going to have 2 beautiful moms that will love and spoil him! This gentle giant is an absolute joy to be around. He is like a big teddy bear and wants to be loved on all of the time. Thunder is slow, calm, collected and perfect for pleasure and trail riding. He neck reins and responds well to cues. Very flashy looking with lovable personality to go with it.
